MICE Con – Call For Proposals

GENERAL SPEAKER INFORMATION

MICE Con registration is required for all presenters.

Please note MICE K12 is a non-profit organization and cannot pay for expenses (meals, lodging, or travel) for anyone presenting at the conference
Breakout sessions will be scheduled throughout the conference:
- Monday, November 10, 2025
- Tuesday, November 11, 2025
- Wednesday, November 12, 2025
Presenters should plan to present at any of the times if their proposal is accepted.
Sessions are available in 45 minute or 90 minute blocks.
All presenters are expected to use material and language that does not discriminate based on gender, race, color, ethnicity, religion, physical ability, and/or sexual orientation
Submissions will be acknowledged with a return e-mail
Deadline for submission—October 1, 2024 (in order to meet the SCECH submission deadline)
